Who this is for
You open Srulik's lab to read today's homefront assessment — not to run code or configure servers. This page tells you where to click and what each area shows.
Open the app
- Open the link your organization gave you.
- Sign in if asked (usually with an approved Google account).
- You land on Daily assessment — today's main report.
Read the daily report (2 minutes)
The report summarizes community resilience in eight components (shelter behavior, cohesion, services, and similar themes).
Quick pass
- Read the top summary.
- Note which components moved most since yesterday.
When something surprises you
- Open that component's evidence list.
- Check whether the sources support the score.
Use National / North at the top if your team works on the northern scope.
Ask questions (chat)
Click the chat button (bottom-right). Ask specific questions, for example:
- "Why did community cohesion drop?"
- "What evidence supports the highest-risk component?"
Answers use evidence already in the report.
Send your own input
Send data (top bar) — paste a link, quote, or short observation. It is reviewed and can appear in the next daily run.
Write report — for staff who file structured manual reports (not needed for most readers).
Data sources (tabs under the header)
These tabs show the input feeds behind the assessment. You browse them; you do not need them to read today's summary.
| Tab | What you find |
|---|---|
| PBO reports | Population-behavior officer reports — local municipalities and regional daily files. |
| Report bot | Reports sent via WhatsApp bot or the web "send report" flow. |
| Visits | Field observations from professional squad visits to municipalities. |
| Social media | Public posts and topic searches (citizen voice / OSINT). |
| Pools | Themed dashboards — Naftali (weekly municipality reports) and Education (bi-weekly field sessions). |
| Trends | Google search interest for homefront topics (early warning, not scored evidence). |
To return to the main report, click Daily assessment (header title or the back control above the tabs).
Settings & docs
⋮ menu (top-right) → Settings (language, email digests if enabled, privacy) or Documentation (full help library).
Footer links open the same docs and legal pages without using the menu.
Troubleshooting
- No report / old date — today's run may not have finished; ask your operator or refresh later.
- Score seems off — open the evidence under that component first; thin evidence means low confidence.
- Can't sign in — your account may not be authorized; contact your operator.
